Tucked away in a pretty courtyard in Neustadt, this small but atmospheric cafe is the perfect lunch spot. Great service, fresh but simple food and ice cold beer in a sympathetic atmosphere of dark panelled walls backing startling photos of local actors

Found this restaurant by chance and it was the outside seating that drew us in, it seemed to be fairly full but we found a table for the four of us under a shade all very picturesque.The menu was different in as much as their pairings with some of the dishes. I'd settled for spaghetti with tomatoes and prawns along with my wife, the others had salmon on a bed of creamed potatoes.when the meals arrived unfortunately ours was not what we ordered what we had was spaghetti with duck and figs!! anyway it went back and after a while we received what we had ordered but the others had long finished their dinner! We had creme brûlée to follow which was as good as it gets, so a nice meal in the end sh...

My family and I were visiting friends in Dresden, and while we were walking around town, we decided to stop in this restaurant for an early dinner. The setting looked nice, but I guessed we did not what was coming. My wife ordered a soup, it was too salty and totally inedible. When she mentioned this to the waitress, she took the soup away, only saying that other people did not complain. Then my niece ordered a salad. While she was eating it, she found a big fly immersed in the dressing. Again the waitress took the salad away, offering another instead. By that time my niece decided that she lost all appetite, and not to eat any more. Unbelievably, the restaurant still charged us for the soup...

Type of visit: We are traveling with a group of 7 and choose this place due to the rather positive online reviews. Location: The venue itself is beautiful considering that it is located in the middle of an idyllic backyard that makes the outside view a...apparent option. The menus “drinks” were partly sticky and worn, which was a fly in the ointment. The website promised a “modern young cuisine”, but this experience definitely fell below our expectations. All dishes we choose were indeed presented in an attractive way, but tastefully the different dishes lacked "taste" and the advertised "modern rotation".
