Dined here for the first time last night. Food was so good, really tasty. Very impressed with the strawberry mojito, 2 for 1 deal on the cocktails was great too! I would rate the service at this restaurant a 4 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our needs were met and our dining experience was enjoyable. However, the atmosphere only receives a 2 out of 5 from me. The restaurant lacked ambiance and felt a bit dull or bland. Overall, the service was great, but the atmosphere could use some improvement. Popped in with my partner and her daughter for a quick bite to eat. The daughter has a peanut allergy and the staff were very good at ensuring all allergy precautions were covered. The staff were friendly and attentive and our orders were taken promptly and the food and drinks arrived quickly too. A nice meal and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was a pleasant experience. Would easily recommend. Food: 5

The service at this restaurant was awful. The blonde waitress was very rude and didn't even check to see if we were okay. We waited 15 minutes just to order some drinks, which is unacceptable. Thankfully, a friend went to ask for the bill or we would have been waiting another 20 minutes to pay. The waitress also threw our receipts on the table. The food was decent, with a rating of 4, but the service was a 1 and the atmosphere was a 3.

10/10 isn’t a high enough score for Kyle and the team at Las Iguanas Bracknell. Made a last minute group booking for 8. I dropped in that it was to mark a colleague’s upcoming wedding and I asked if they could make a bit of a fuss over her. They pulled out all the stops and then pulled out some more. We were greeted with sombreros, bunting and fizz. Food was fresh and prompt and although there was a mix up with one of the dishes they quickly alerted us, rectified the oversight and gave us the mix up meal as a complimentary addition.
