my man and I were already in juni for the lobster menu here. the menu was excellent and the service was friendly. we felt very comfortable and therefore made our up to yesterday out there. the menu was excellent again and the wee also recommended. many thanks also for the recipe for the suppe :

eating is a dream! be it in the frame of the gourmet half board or as a 6-course star menu. the Michellin star is well deserved, as everything was perfectly costed and harmonious up to the smallest detail and was also of creativity. the service did not want to be open. I can recommend the restaurant and the entire hotel at most.

I've eaten here twice, both times ordering the tasting menu which is paired with wines. An outstanding experience... they really know how to cook, and use really top notch ingredients, all quite seasonal.If you choose not to go with the wine pairings, they have a great selection of local Franconian wines, which are (unfortunately) not exported in any quantity... delightful. my vegetarian menu was sensational! the different courses were presented with incredibly much love and have cost fantastic. they feel that the cook loves his call. if his goal was to make me happy, he has it and his team to 1,000! that was happy to order! We didn't know that Laudensacks Hotel comes with a one Michelin Star restaurant on site. What a wonderful surprise and treat! And how relaxing to just dine-in, then stroll the lovely grounds of the hotel. The food was delicious; service near flawless and presentation exquisite. The most amazing surprise came the next day when we saw the tab included as part of our hotel check-out. We couldn't have done better at an ordinary mid-grade restaurant back home!

This place is just brilliant and an absolute must-go when you're around. The cook is a genius, everything is beautifully prepared and the combinations are divine. The waiters are indeed young (as many have indicated before me), but I thought what he lacks...in experience he made with his humor, smile and extremely friendly. I had the 4 plate menu, with mackerel (big dish, the combination with vegetables and the sauce is big), the beef (for dying) and a starter that was great, but somehow I could forget the main ingredient.
