Always the same quality in the dishes, cooked with fresh products. Place where it is recommended to book. Different dishes every day prepared with passion by Daniel, the owner of the place, and his team.

Chouette resto with a small card... but some words are better than a long speech, and the same with the kitchen too many choice kills quality. So I ate very well... once again... not in the tourist corners. But good address.

Kind and smiling servers. Cozy frame, nice presentation of the dishes. Variety, fresh and especially delicious foods. Very well advised in addition for entries, dishes, desserts/ cheeses and wines. Anyway. Take your eyes closed and enjoy.

Quality dishes, guard staff I strongly advise. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. They come to describe the menus and origin of the products. We took the dessert flat entrance for 39€. The dishes were well presented, the products are fresh and the region. Every dish had a taste! A real pleasure!

Uncontournable. Whether between 2 noon baths or after a visit to the city centre of Ajaccio, Bistrot Gourmand will welcome you for a very good meal. The staff was very kind and always smiling. Unlike some reviews of the restaurant indicating the lack of choice, we had the choice among 4 admissions, 4 courses, and 6 desserts, suitable for everyone.

We did not listen to the advice of a certain gentleman last July and went to discover this restaurant during our stay in Corsica. The kitchen is sublissim! We went back one night to taste other dishes. The card changes every day, the hammer. How can there be such a negative opinion? Of course, jealousy. this gentleman says he's himself chef of the kitchen, we wonder what kind of establishment he's missing from his palace. Maybe in a candy?

A Wedding Anniversary (60 years) celebrated admirably at Bistrot Gourmand. Thank you to all your Team for the quality of your service. We had a warm and very professional welcome. The map of the different formulas allows a wide choice. The wine map is original and gives way to discover the many wines of Corsica. The kitchen is simple and refined, tasteful and of quality. A pleasant time spent at your table for a successful Birthday. I recommend this address. Thank you and good season...

It's beautiful! I came with a friend. We both ordered a menu for about 40 euros each. I think the menu is changed every day and is written on a table outside the restaurant. I ordered an entrance, slices of ham and melon, for my entry, I had a lamb stock, which was amazing! For dessert, I had a fondue chocolate cake that was dangerous incredible! For all who arrive at the port of Ajaccio I recommend this place but if you are not able to speak French, be respectful and try to say basic phrases and if need bring your phone to translate!
