"Definitely an experience. It's a food restaurant in the world with a menu that rotates every day. When we were playing Brazil. The owner is charming and super attentive! We told him we didn't like the fish and had no problem preparing a vegetarian variation: a mango tortilla with a roll of greens and avocado. Very rich! All accompanied by tasty homemade sauces and bread. After dessert we take a lemon flan with coconut, delicious. The atmosphere of the place was very welcoming and we were completely satisfied. If I had to say something negative it was that it seemed a little expensive €43 for two people. Perhaps with the fish menu could be justified but having taken the vegetarian option with cheaper ingredients would have been well an adaptation of the price, so the four stars. Likewise, a very cozy place and a brutal concept!"

"It's beautiful! I came with a friend. We both ordered a menu for about 40 euros each. I think the menu is changed every day and is written on a table outside the restaurant. I ordered an entrance, slices of ham and melon, for my entry, I had a lamb stock, which was amazing! For dessert, I had a fondue chocolate cake that was dangerous incredible! For all who arrive at the port of Ajaccio I recommend this place but if you are not able to speak French, be respectful and try to say basic phrases and if need bring your phone to translate!"

"Premettendo che quando sono all'estero preferisco assaggiare cibi tipici della zona, aggiungo che sfortunatamente anche questa vacanza in terra francese si è confermata incompatibile con i nostri gusti culinari.Detto ciò per questa nostra breve escursione avevamo bisogno di mangiare qualcosa di buono..perciò incuriositi dalle favorevoli recensioni ci siamo fermati in questo locale.Ebbene finalmente abbiamo mangiato bene!!Piatti di pasta fatti al momento, tra cui siciliana, carbonara e pesto genovese..ma attenti non blande imitazioni..veri e propri piatti nostrani!!D'altronde i proprietari sono italiani..lo chef e soprattutto sua moglie si sono contraddistinti per disponibilità, dolcezza e cortesia.Ciliegina sulla torta...una macchinetta intera di caffè preparata tutta per me..proprio come a casa..ed in queste zone per me napoletano è come acqua nel deserto!!Vive la France..ma in cucina regna l'Italia!!"

"I visited this restaurant in June and July 2020 while on holiday in Corsica: lunch on two occasions and dinner one time. I tried these three vegan dishes: Wrap Houmous, Assiette Bio Veggie and Burger VG. I also had a dish, which was specially cooked for us (not on the menu), which was made with tofu, black rice and vegetables. I have always liked the meals and felt they were well cooked and light. The dishes were always prepared with care and also beautiful to look at. I also tried the chocolate cake (vegan) and it was delicious. I had a positive impression from the staff, who were always nice and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant."

"Although, Brasserie L‘Instant doesn‘t offer a big food selection, they also serve a vegan Buddha bowl that is clearly labeled as such. Also, upon offering dessert, they mentioned that it is vegan so they are clearly „vegan aware“ which i found particularly useful given other food experiences that I had while traveling Corsica. The food itself (Buddha Bowl) was a nice selection of vegetables and selfmade falafels that tasted really good. They also offer very tasty homemade lemonades"
