"Waste of time. Allowed me to book online, travelled half an hour from my hotel, got there in time but was told they are closed. Even though their doors were open and lights were still on. I even showed my email booking confirmation confirming the address, date and time but was refused entry. Had to walk around at going on 11pm to find somewhere to eat. Very disappointed. If the kitchen is closed, online bookings should not be allowed."
