Traditional restaurant ( yes still there are! lol) where you eat very well. The dishes are hearty and the friendly staff. The formulas have a good value for money..I recommend.

More than 2 hours for an entry and a dish, a waitress that unloads empty tables rather than serving customers, we left before the dessert we had in the menu (the patroness still offered us the half bottle of wine.) concerning the kitchen, it is any.

Varied menu, well prepared food, attentive service, good wine what more do you want! This has become my favourite restaurant in Mirepoix, since the food is consistently good and the service is superb. My wife tells me that the chips are the best in...Mirepoix!

Thirty years ago I first ate in Le Commerce. It was magical eating in the courtyard under the shade of the mature trees. In August it was the first visit for my friend and it was as magical for her as it had been...for me all those years earlier. We were given a warm welcome and although very busy, service was good and we enjoyed our meal.

Indoor and outdoor tables ate this lovely authentic and un-fussy restaurant. No frills just great food and great service. If you find yourself in Mirepoix this is a real gem and not to be missed. The price is good and you won't go hungry! Booking...essential at busy times of the year. There is free parking nearby on the street. Highly recommended.

we have been practicing this address since my early childhood (I am 50) and for some time we have been spaced our visits. It is therefore a kind of pilgrimage that we made in August.As the guests once made great detours to come to enjoy the trade, today this address is obsolete, medium clean and the traditional cuisine suffers from a lack of originality. This is all the more unfortunate because new restaurants have been established in mirepoix and the competition is playing instead in their favor. You have to get used to it.

I discovered le commerce during the exploration of the city. it looks great, good menus, beautiful shaded terrace. it is always difficult to be a single diner, but they were very difficult to give me a table, although there were several empty tables for two. after waiting patiently for no one to give me attention. I watched the tables there before I had no food. it was obvious they don't have a personal. I got up and left. they didn't ask me why. some other waiting guests nodded in recognition of my decision to give up and go.
