"Dîner du 18 mai 2017.Ce n'est pas un restaurant, mais un endroit où travailler, lire (journaux et revues sont à disposition), se détendre, parler avec des amis, écouter de la musique (jolie ambiance avec quelques jeunes chanteurs ce soir). Ce n'est pas un restaurant, mais on peut y faire un repas léger adapté aux petits appétits : quelques bons plats comme tartine miel fromage noix ou tarte aux courgettes accompagnés de belles feuilles de salade, soupe de lentilles corail et épices (réussie), muffin (rhum banane chocolat) en dessert. Belle bière blanche brestoise, thé parfumés.Un lieu atypique où on se sent bien... et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir"

"Étant vegan et après avoir envoyé un message il y a quelques semaines sur leur page Facebook pour savoir si ils proposaient des burgers vegan, recevoir une réponse négative mais toutefois aimable en disant que la réflexion était en cours, j'ai su qu'au final quelques semaines plus tard, ils avaient intégré à la carte un burger 100% vegan (steack de haricots rouge et "fromage" coulant de pomme de terre, tomates confites et autres)Nous sommes allés le goûter et il est vraiment chouette!(Peut etre manque t il un poil de sel mais ça dépend quand même des goûts de chacun)Vraiment ravie qu'enfin un resto à Brest propose à son menu une alternative, réfléchie en amont, 100% vegan!!Et la citronnade au basilic était excellente aussi!! Merci beaucoup de penser à tous!"

"Je ne suis pas amateur de tartare et je n’ai qu’à deux reprises tenté d’en goûter. Aujourd’hui, le visuel de ce tartare ainsi que la joie du chef m ont donner l’envie de le tester dans le plat de ma bien aimé. Un coup de fourchette a suffit à me faire succomber une assiette après mon repas pour terminer sur une expérience extraordinaire. Dès la mise en bouche, un ressenti végétale d’herbe fraiche verte nous envahi. La Mâche délicate au Goût soyeux et dans un premiers temps relevé par le côté sucré de la pomme aux effluve flottante de fumé. Dans un second temps, un ressenti en rétro dans le nez procure à nouveau une nouvelle sensation olfactive sur le fumé d’un jambon cuit qui vient conforter l’appellation du plat. Par ailleurs ce jambon combiné au câpres frits confère à pas fois, l’assaisonnement parfait au plat mais également un côté joyeux et croquant qui ponctue de manière grandiose la bouché appelant ainsi de manière continue notre fourchette à se plonger à nouveau dans ce plat si delicat de manière continue. L’ensemble de notre dîner a été à l’image de ce plat. Je ne peux que vous partager mon envie de revenir déguster à nouveau un repas au Globule rouge et partager de très bons moments en compagnie de son chef et son équipe !"
