The staff is incredibly nice, no matter how crowded the place is. Their brunch is perfectly balanced, can please litteraly anyone (vegetarian, fish, meat... options) ; and they serve local tea and coffee. What else can you ask from a café?

We went to Louis Blanc for a brunch Sunday noon. The price is 20 €. There is a choice of menu according to the beef or vegetarian chicken fish. The service was pretty fast. The brunch was filled, there were several original things like flower cabbage soup, carrot cake where maple syrup foam. Unfortunately, the pastries were not really up to the event, as well as the juices that are industrial. Otherwise, the establishment is worthy of its reputation.
