Le Portofino Indien

Portofino Indian seems to be a local favorite with lots of walk -ins. Authentic taste , generous portions with very friendly service. Will be coming here often.

I only had delivery with this restaurant, this is the first new food delivery other than pizza, so it makes us happy. The menu is long and with a good variety of plates. The services is very fast, they usually told us it will be delivered in 30-40 minutes, but it often came in 20-25 minutes. The food is good and very well cooked. I love it.

Its a tiny place, very much a hole in the wall. Don;t go if you are looking for Veeraswamy in London!This is just REALLY REALLY good in Indian food at fair prices. It was quiet (Sunday night) so service was not challenged but was quick. Food was better than I have paid the same same for in the States that was 1/2 as good.WILL BE GOING BACK!

Walked towards the harbour to fine somewhere to eat and saw a sign for this restaurant. Very friendly, drinks reasonably priced for the area and staff able to speak English very well. Free popadoms & chutneys added to table before the order, very nice too. Food was delicious... I had chicken tikka and it was perfect. Will definitely return. Thank you

I went there on a Tuesday evening with some friends,it was very windy outside, so we ate inside. The place is small,dark and not very appealing, but food was good,tasty and as hot as we had asked. The waiter was kind,he even brought to me some samosa ,I had not ordered,because he heard me talking about the ones I used to eat in Africa. Prices are correct,in fact is the only place on the port of Beaulieu sur Mer where you can eat without ruin yourself. I'll go there again.

This place had been empty for years when it reopened as an Indian. Initially I was sceptical and wandered on by. Gradually more and more people started eating there and when I spotted that the locals where now enjoying the food I had to have a meal there. They offer sit in, take away and also a delivery service, so big tick all round for getting the taste of India to the people of BeaulieuWe grabbed a take away to eat on out boat for dinner and not only did it only take 15 mins to prepare the meal it was all very good quality and tasty. So if you are in Beualieu and an Indian appeals then definitely go. You won't be sorry.

Now that summer's back, and with it the outdoor seating adjacent to the 'working' bit of the port of Beaulieu, I'm a happy customer. This is a place to enjoy in the evening sunshine, outside, rather than within the rather cramped confines of the interior.The rest of my family live full-time in Beaulieu, but I can only visit when my other commitments allow. However, whenever I turn up (maybe once a month), the owner/waiter instantly appears with a very warm and genuine welcome, hastily followed by our very specific drinks preference. No ordering necessary on that count.It's rare you're made to feel 'at home' on the Cote d'Azur no matter how often you visit a place. But here we are made to fee...

Le Portofino Indien is a new establishment in Beaulieu having opened approximately three months ago. It is a little distant from the main harbour restaurants and bars as you need to walk away from them to find it - we only stumbled across it as we took the ramp down to the lower level than the stairs.The tarka dall served here is excellent, up there with the best we've eaten anywhere, while the food in general leans more towards the British style of Indian than it does French. This Indian restaurant opened three months ago in my second home of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. What an asset this place is for me; a curry-head used to the English model and to date very disappointed by the alternatives available anywhere on the Cote d'Azur.I've just returned to the UK after 12 days in BSM and going through my receipts, I've realised I ate there five times.
