Restaurant chaleureux et l'un des meilleurs du coin, le chef est à l'écoute et propose ses plats, le menu jubilé est très bien fait avec les boissons comprises, on y passe toujours un agréable moment convivial et chic!!

Nouvelle visite au Soubise. Nouvelle bulle de bonheur. Rien ne change et tout se réinvente. Service, présentation, goûts tout est parfait - Menu jubilé avec vins - un excellent rapport qualité / prix.Ajoutons la générosité et la gentillesse de Mr Hazebroucq - une très belle adresse.

Intérieur classique avec table au linge nickel et couverts en argent .... accueil toujours aussi agréable tant par les employés que le chef qui prend lui meme la commande et n hésite pas à expliquer et conseiller ....Repas parfait ..... plats de saison tres bien préparés et délicieux ....

Nous avons mangés dans beaucoup de restaurants mon époux et moi , le soubize est toujours à l'heure actuel notre NUMBER ONE , tout est parfait , en couple ou en famille ,nous ne sommes jamais déçus !!! mes enfants en redemandent , cuisine de grande qualité , accueil chaleureux .... je recommande vivement

Good atmosphere, with a lot of character and style. Exellent service, the Chef will come around to tell you about the dishes and the story of the place. Enjoyable experiance, intersting food, very nice set up and attention to details. A very good option 15...minutes drive away from the center of Dunkerque

Menu à 32 euros sans alcool. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Des produits frais uniquement. On se demande comment cela est possible mais le soubise le fait. Incontournable dans la région. Pensez à réserver. Dommage fermé le week-end. En passant : le patron ne fait pas son âge c'est sûrement l'amour de son métier.

an excellent time spent in sobriety for the 92 years of my grandmother. We were very well received and served. the leader is a love, with little care for customers. My grandma was happy, she had a smile on her lips and it doesn't have a price! The meal was delicious! We were out of good things! Thank you very much for this very good time.

Tout est délicieux!Le patron fait lui-même le tour de toutes les tables de ses convives, et leur propose un menu adapté à leurs goûts et envies.Plats très travaillés avec des produits de grande qualité, et avec amour!Rapport qualité-prix incomparable!Personnel attentif et charmant.Le tout dans un cadre privilégié.Merci Michel, ne changez rien!

A truly fabulous experience from the welcome we received as when we went into the restaurant to the excellent food which was presented for all the courses including the amuse bouche and the petit fours with the coffee.This is a restaurant in the old style...where there are no foams or tasting menus but proper honest beautifully and lovingly prepared food.An added bonus was the menu we had included wine-only a choice of red or white which was named for an extra €9 for as much as we wanted to drink!!!the chef himself was on hand during the whole service and even took orders and explained dishes to his customers.It was obvious he was was exceedingly proud of his restaurant and all his efforts h...
