The first course of fresh tuna and feta was both excellently arranged and delicious. The main course of the grilled salmon was delicious on a basis of herbal corn potatoes. The dessert consisted of ice with ginger snap bits along with a stunning rhubarb tartlet covered by fresh strawberries and braided meringue dots. Wine pairings were carefully selected and well explained by the hostess. The rooms of the restaurant were fresh, but very stylish. I appreciated the friendly service."

We had a 3 course Menu Marche with fish, an fruit/icecream. We change the first course to foie fras (no extra charge) and had famous corresponding wines. This was really a great restaurant hidden in the vosges.

The dessert consisted of ice cream with ginger snap bits along with a stunning tartlet of rhubarb topped by fresh strawberries and braised meringue dots. Wine pairings were chosen with care and were nicely explained by the hostess. The restaurant’s rooms were fresh yet very classy. I appreciated the courteous service.
