"Absolutely superb food! The tender rare duck Magret with crispy skin was served with grilled peaches on a bed of crunchy buckwheat lightly caramelised with fruit. The duck sauce was too delicious!! The filled pavlova nest was enhanced with fresh red currants and strawberries on a bed of radneuu coulis. Just the right level Of sweetness. My compliments to the chefs!!! The staff were very attentive and wanted to help with any small requests. The whole experience was delightful."
