The dinner was perfect from any point of view! The dishes are beautiful and succulent! even our son who is not a gourmet end to truly appreciated! it has taken in entry the shavings of foie gras with honey sauce, it has requested the sauce except because it is not at all salty sweet; it makes the effort to taste. and finally to love the association ! a very good value for money !!!! and we will not fail to return ! a great bravo to sabine for his welcome, his listening and his advice, and to the matte chief to have at this point whispered our taste buds!!!"
