Had to ask to order food we were waiting that long… food was very average for the price.

The menu was quite limited, and the service was poor. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We were both very satisfied with our meals, and the service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly friendly, thank you! However, the fries were slightly cold.

We were initially charged for our meal because the restaurant was quite busy and we didn’t have a reservation. However, we did have a confirmed booking through OpenTable. After returning 15 minutes later, we were offered a table, but we were told there would be a long wait for our food due to the crowd. Interestingly, based on our observation, it didn’t seem overly busy. I can’t help but wonder if the maitre d’ was influenced by our casual attire of jeans and t-shirts.

I was quite disappointed with the service at Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and we ended up waiting until the end of our meal for our drinks. We were assisted by at least three different waitresses, none of whom appeared to have a clear idea of our order. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating, and we eventually decided to cancel our dessert and take it to our room. I left feeling that my time and money had been entirely wasted. We were initially turned away from Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge because the restaurant claimed they were extremely busy and that we didn't have a reservation. However, we had made a booking through Open Table, which was confirmed, and returned 15 minutes later. At that point, we were offered a table but were told that there would be a long wait for our food due to the restaurant’s busyness. Curiously, it didn't appear overly packed from where we stood at the reception. I can't help but wonder if the Maitre D was deterred by our casual attire of jeans and T-shirts, despite the enticing menu.

the restaurant manager for lunch was annoying and unfriendly; we sat on a table, and let us not smile, no pleasure; but abdul saved the day; he could not have been more helpful. you have an amazing facility in abdul, I wouldn't have asked. in front of lunch I came in abdul in the foyer when I saw myself lost, he asked if I needed help it was at that point, I said I had to book for dinner. he not only pointed me in the direction, but accompanied me where I had to go and waited until I was seen. without abdul you would have had a complaint from me about the afternoon; but since he was really amazing and I would not have asked of him any more; but his colleagues must take a leaf from his book....
