Both competent and friendly personnel guided us through the meal. All food was excellent with the sea bass a touch ahead of the rest. We come to this place everytime we are in Paris and I always worry it might disappoint and then where will we go for a guaranteed good meal and wine. But even if the staff seems to have changed, the place is still outstanding. Great wines, as always. Even a list of secret wines that are a surprise until you order it, if you are daring about wine choices! We were celebrating our anniversary and we saw the thick wine list by the bottle remains amazing. But I am vegetarian and we forgot to call ahead to warn them.
