Le Relais d'Alsace - Piatti

This place has an authentic Alsace character, great atmosphere and amazing view on Cergy port. The service was excellent, food very good!

Business meal. Good service, venue is very spacious so good for large parties. Good menu with typical Alsatian food. Mussels (OK not very Alsatian)

Nice tavern in Cergy. Quite standard food (hamburger, choucroutte, tarte flambée,...) and fair price-quality. Around 22 € per person (main dish and drinks). Beautiful views over Cergy port. Nice atmosphere. Visualizza piatti

We visited the 24th of July in the evening and we thought the waiter was stressful. The food were not as good quality according to a pretty high price. We were not satisfied at all. Our second day we went to La Marina and everything was better and a lower price and friendly waitress.

Terrible so called French restaurant in lovely setting on harbour but that's where it ends. ..service absolutely horrendous waited 45 mins to order then another hour and 15 mins before mains came and when they did I wish we'd left an hour earlier. ...A so called cassoulet was smothered in a cheese that stank of rotten eggs served with tough fatty ham absolutely disgusting. ..Other dishes instantly forgettable. ...tourist business rip off god knows what it's like when place is full.....avoid at all costs

Second time in this restaurant and 2nd time the same dish. I took the tradition Choucroute. Although it's a bit heavy for a dinner it's delicious. Portion it's huge and the taste fantastic. I love the cabbage!!The waiter was very friendly and made very good recommendations.The water last week was fantastic which enable us to have the dinner outside, in front of the marina.Having said this, I would turn back again.If you are in the region I recommend you to try this spot.It's not cheap but it's worth a visit Visualizza piatti

I ate here during a business trip to the area. It was February so after a cold walk from the hotel, a warm welcome and good, honest food were most appreciated.The location overlooks the river marina and I suppose that in summer the area gets busy. As it a there was enough custom to give some vibrancy to the restaurant.The decor is somewhat rustic, but in keeping with the Alsace theme. The food was good, with a broad selection, including typical Alsation offerings as well as more generic options. We went here during our stay in Cergy. The food was decent- we had pizza and a cheese plate and desserts. The server was a bit standoffish, but I related this to the fact we spoke minimal French and while he spoke English I'm not quite sure he felt comfortable with it. My biggest complaint is that we specifically asked for tap water (As most French restaurants want to peg you with the bottled water bill) and despite saying it twice, we were brought the bottled water. Formerly this place was the Relais d'Alsace. Now renovated and a very different style.A lounge bar as well as brasserie style pub it has huge menu which can mean something for everyone but also that not everything is perfect. Way too many huge TV screens showing sport make this a bit sports bar like and less a restaurant. I find TVs annoying in restaurants.Service was good when we dined there, prompt friendly and courteous.We had flammenkuch as one starter to share which was very good. We also ordered Moules mariniere as another starter but these were not so good....probably cooked too long many shells were empty and they the entire dish lacked flavour - best avoided.
