the place has a little disappointing charm but, a certain charm. I had dinner on the brewery side (there is a "gastronomic restaurant" and a "Brasserie" side). I chose the buffet entrances (shrimps, lentils, herrings, cutters, etc.). and a meal of the day to the salmon. The kitchen is nicely traditional, the service is kind and attentive. The place is about the tumult, like the city.

I'm going back to this restaurant located not far from the station. The room was redesigned carefully. It's nice. I didn't notice any air conditioning. I chose a dish (servi) and desserts (at will) for 22 euros. the map presents beer and local wines of Haute-Marne. the table is of good taste, and presents towels in fabric. the dishes of the free buffet service are of great freshness and the desserts are made home.
