"The food was of good quality but the service was frankly lacking. The oysters were fresh but warm, the food took quite long to arrive given our early booking, and it really felt like we were being a pain for asking where the rest of our mains order was. We also had three different members of staff serving us, which may have led to the issues explained above. The food once it got here was lovely, though, and the close proximity to the river makes it an ideal location on a summer evening."

The oysters were fresh but warm, the food took quite a long time to arrive at our early booking, and it felt really painful when we ask where the rest of our main order was. We also had three different employees who served us, which led to the above questions.
