While hiking the Great Glen way, stopped for dinner here and loved it. The cream of tomato soup was delicious and the slow cooked beef bolognese was to die for. Service was great, both friendly and quick

a really cozy place with excellent eating! friendly staff, cozy rooms. compliments to cook ross, which after the work of the previous night was lifted from his bed the next morning to arrange the breakfast when the regular breakfast fish 't could come through the snow and he arranged it with flair. much appreciated cook ross

This is what a quality three star Inn should be. Great rooms which are well designed, clean, Highland modern with very comfortable beds. The menu was varied and our vegan options were great. The staff were all very polite and good humoured. The hotel is situated on the edge of Drumnadrochit so is well away from the overcrowded attractions but close enough to walk to.

My father and I had a fantastic meal consisting of a filled yorkshire pudding with clapshot and black pudding and haggis. I had fillet steak which was cooked perfectly medium rare. The side vegetables were superb. My dad then had a vanilla pot with raspberries and I had cheesecake. Presentation was excellent and they tasted amazing. My mum and dad have lived on the same road as the inn for over 18 months and this was our first but certainly not the last visit. I would advise booking early as it is very popular. X

a great place to stay after our walk on the great glen wayz, we had lunch and dinner there because it was so good! risotto and steam were delicious. how was the cracker, though more fish in the crack would have been brilliant! the bedroom (annex) was wonderful with a heated towel rail, tw, hot chocolate biscuits, amazing tee (passion fruit and black) and coffee. the personal was beautiful! the next morning when we had a 6 o'clock to get to inverness, they let us have some bowls and spoons so we could have breakfast before leaving in our rooms! would definitely recommend this place. you can also see the employment of young locals in the restaurant!
