Fresh evening and forced to dine outside while tables were ready inside. Sick all night, I guess due to a cold blow because not covered enough thinking eating inside. Plats have cooled very quickly with the wind No too much choice on the map and quite expensive. We pay the landscaped setting in front of the castle rather than what is in the plate.

We received it very well and ate it well even if the description of some desserts does not really match what is written on the map! A chocolate mousse for example that looks more like a sand rose than a foam. It's no big deal, but it's better to eat what you order. Think of booking mainly on a Sunday if you do not want to have the disappointment of seeing you recaler. The restaurant is very well placed just at the foot of the castle.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que l'on on vient manger ici et jamais déçu, le personnel est efficace souriant et drôle. La qualité et la présentation des plats est excellente. Certains grincheux diront que c est un peu long mais c'est dû au fait que les plats sont élaborés à la prise de commande ce qui contribue à la qualité des assiettes. Habitants Saumur nous y venons et revenons régulièrement surtout en dehors des périodes très touristiques
