"The stand out restaurant in Pau by far! A small menu but the food is beautifully cooked and flavoursome. I had lamb which fell off the bone and melted in the mouth, my husband had tuna rolled in seaweed which was was also beautifully cooked and were delicious! My pudding was a lime parfait with a stunning "biscuit gateau". The waiters were attentive and the chef popped up from the kitchen at the end of service to check on each table individually - a nice touch! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant."

Very limited menu choices but food quality, from amuse bouche to cheeseboard, very good. Do make sure you book in advance as there is limited space.

We had a wonderful lunch here today. The set menu gave two choices for three courses and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. All in all a perfect meal in Pau.

We discovered this restaurant a block away from where we live (boulevard des Pyrénées in Pau) and it was a nice surprise.The dishes were fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed the aspargus soup wiht an egg (oeuf mollet.)
