This time the new room is perfect and the reception service warmer. So we changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars. Without this incident the 5 stars were justified. We could come back. Below the notice in our choice of 1* We write this notice by being present in the establishment. First of all a warm welcome, or the main concern of the host staff is to take the stay. Not a pre-authorisation of your card we're talking about direct payment. You have not yet set foot in your room.... Then surprised when booking on the phone we are told that the standard rooms are equipped with balcony. We therefore reserve DIRECTMENT on the OFFICIAL site of the establishment and not an external site (Booking or other). A very small room or you don't know or put your suitcase too large for the room. A door not overlooking a balcony but under stairs. A noisy heating because if you want a comfortable heat, you will be entitled to the constant noise of the radiator....bref a stay that starts very badly. Only positive point is restoration. We are in half board and the first meal in buffet style was very correct. We plan to visit the spa but with the experience of the room.... we hesitate. In summary a good location is all we find there."

Superb hotel very well located in the menuires. Departure ski at the foot, a very nice spa but above all a staff at the top level. Thanks to Maude and his team for the quality of our stay. Very fast.

Super hotel! The staff is very welcoming The room we had was great with the small library at the entrance. The pool corner was pretty small not enough transat but sauna and steam room at the top. I was able to bring my 2-year-old son back and it was burst at the pool I recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel's restoration that has been able to combine modernity and respect for the mountain spirit. our room was perfect, quiet, clean and functional. pleasant staff and small care to access the expectations of customers. Restaurant side, nothing to say: breakfast and dinner buffets were hearty and excellent and the good mood of the restaurant manager highly appreciated! We will come back with great pleasure. This is a very nice hotel in a good location with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is a 'high end ' buffet style, lots to choose from, probably one of the best I have experienced. Ski out pretty much from the boot room. Free buses into town every 20 minutes but really only a 15 minute walk. Nice bar with terrace and panoramic mountain views, log fire and leather sofas inside. Heated pool with connected outdoor section, steam room and sauna. Would definitely come again..

We stayed at Ours Blanc for Christmas and New Year. I found the hotel to be outstanding in every respect. The staff are polite, friendly, professional and accommodated all of our needs The hotel is clean, stylish and functional. Great spa facilities after a long day skiing (or if you need to take some time out during the day! The standard of catering is excellent. Good quality buffet breakfast and outstanding quality of cuisine for lunch and dinner. The games room was great for our children to keep them entertained when as parents we wanted a quiet drink at the lovely bar. The hotel helped organise our ski passes and equipment (including collection and return . The rooms were kept clean and...
