... one star for fresh fruit juice, no star for customer service. they don't even acknowledge you standing in the counter, they prefer to talk between themselves. it seems they all think tourists visiting Madrid can speak fluent spanish. stay away if you don't want to be treated by idiots. The service is slow and very unpolite, even disturbing. The waitress was obviously rolling her eyes while serving. They also don't speak basic English (thank you, please, here you go, hello). But the coffee and churos were fine, but my friends and I would never return because of bad service.
