very poor service. No one has served a seat, 30 minutes after booking. 1.5 hours for net. they were very apologetic and reduced the bill, but strange for such a chain at such a price.

great value itison bad afternoon tee for two with a glass prosecco. the staff was very friendly. were really good could barely manage any sandwiches, cheesecake etc.! would definitely come back

incredible comfort food and classics made to perfection are just a few of the many things that this place gets right. the fillet mignon and fish and chips were perfect as the decadent sticky fabric pudding and the cream brûlée. an incredible experience!

We got off to a rocky start as my online booking had not been received by the restaurant. Fortunately for us it was a Monday evening and the restaurant was quiet and they were able to give us a table. Service and food was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

So I came with a little expectation. overcooked salmon steaks. not even crispy skin. no taste and the chips were not even cooked three times, as advertised. if I could put 0 stars, I would have asked for cocktail menu twice 25 minutes to ask for a drink and eat empty but extremely loud starter brot absolutely solid table shave vigorously while cutting steak knife with starter taken before getting to knife steak tiny not rare as in demand and cold chips fat second drink mojito was awfully tasty like mojito and much too strong

Having dined at the London steakhouse Glasgow was disappointing , The restaurant was cold and the service was slow, We waited 40mins for our main course and 20mins for our second cocktails which never arrived , although the did find there way onto our bill , We asked for some still water only to be told that the glasses were being washed so our water arrived in shot glasses No joke . Nice food, but won't return.

Possibly the worst service I ve ever received , we originally waited a hour for our table to be ready once seated we received our starter without getting our appetiser first. Although the starters were very nice . Then we received our mains but after waiting 5 mins we started our steak without getting our sides to accompany our meat the sides did come but after we had eaten most of our steak .All round very disappointing even thought the food was nice Visualizza piatti
