I took my daughter to get her first bra fitting today and we had a wonderful experience with Tracey. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the fitting. We are grateful for her excellent service. Thank you, Tracey!

I made an online reservation for a homestay for the bank holiday weekend. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Kavita, who was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire experience was seamless and Kavita went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The dining room at Marks and Spencer is beautifully designed, offering a full range of premium dishes. The prices may not be as competitive as their lower-end brands, but they prioritize quality over affordability. The display at the shop is kept neat and organized, with products constantly restocked to ensure a fresh selection.

Best M&S i have been to. The staff are superb, the guys in the café are so friendly and chatty. Making it a more enjoyable visit Food out promptly. Drinks are always tasty. Prices are good. Definitely a place to go in if you around Milton Keynes. M&S as great quality, only thing i would change is getting some more younger looking clothes.

I would like to buy here for clothes, because it is just one of two who do my size hemd collar, the only thing that is me in the suit department, they do my size pants, but do not do them my size jacket, which is a 52r, the personal always say, order it online, do not all of us can ask the luxury of the internet, they should have bigger sizes in the load already,

I stopped by for breakfast and it wasn't too busy. The service was polite and friendly, and my Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. The yogurt granola was fresh and delicious. There were plenty of seats, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I considered trying the single origin coffee, but it didn't taste any different. The restaurant may not be the most visually appealing, but the food was decent and reasonably priced, with friendly service.

It is the first time that I had been to this restaurant. We needed something quick and easy whilst we took a break from shopping. Yes, it was a busy lunchtime. However, the queue to order food moved quickly and we readily found a table that was promptly cleaned. Some great offers are published whilst waiting to order. Once ordered, you’re given a number and the food is then brought to the table. We waited less than 10 mins. The food was packed with flavour and was totally delicious! We’ll definitely stop here again!

The manager, Lucy, showed a lack of customer service skills and failed to acknowledge our feelings or offer any apologies. It wasn't until 10 minutes later that the security guard finally apologized for his mistake, but Lucy still did not acknowledge the situation. If this is how customers are treated, it's no wonder why online shopping is becoming more popular. People should not be judged or treated like criminals when simply entering a store. M&S, take some notes from other leading brands on how to provide better customer service. We have been loyal customers for a long time, but this incident has lost our trust in your brand.

Our experience at M&S Foodhall in Centre MK was extremely disappointing. The staff at the Customer Services desk were difficult to deal with and the overall atmosphere felt cheap. While M&S heavily promotes their Dine In for 2 offer, they fail to clearly communicate that the offers cannot be mixed between different sections, resulting in customers being charged full price. Many customers, including ourselves, were shocked to discover this discrepancy at the self checkout. When we brought this to the attention of Customer Services, we were met with indifference and were told that the new policy allowed for refunds.
