Slow as anything. More intrested in uber eats orders.Waited 15 mins for a mcmuffin meal. Avoid Avoid Avoid unless you like waiting

It took an hour to receive our food on a busy Saturday, but to be fair, the restaurant was packed and the staff were working as quickly as they could. It seems like senior management should consider ways to improve kitchen efficiency and possibly hire more staff.

I simply had to try chips with curry dip, sweet and sour dip and ranch dip, all at the same time. I did and it was sensational, I was in food heaven. I was so excited the manager came over to make sure all was well and I said that I have just had tfd best meal of my life. Visualizza piatti

Ordered an £8 meal via mcdelivery. Was missing the burger. Called uber eats to resolve and they gave me a £2 refund and said there is nothing else they can do and recommended I physically visited the store. Orders from this store are missing items more often than not but this customer service response was truly horrendous.

Came to maccies with the girls, was extremely shocked and disappointed when salsa didn’t come with my order, it’s a tradition for me and the girls to come here, you could say it’s part of my culture, so I was deeply unsettled when the highlight of my meal didn’t come, will be taking this up with the regional manager, lots of Katey

The restaurant was from top to bottom dirty. Rubbish everywhere. Reported to manager who shrugged and didn’t care! His white shirt was dirty and unironed, so completely not suprised by the whole experience. Just really surprised that McDonalds have these standards now…anywhere, so felt they need to be aware of this and do something about it. Visualizza piatti

The concept of “fast food” has definitely left this place! After waiting almost 20 minutes for my food I then had to fight my way past the crowd of delivery drivers waiting for their collections. And in that 20 minutes I only saw 2 other people actually get their food even though countless bags were taped up for collection. Maybe if they focused a little more on the customers in the store then it wouldn’t be so bad!

So I went into McDonald's this morning and ordered on the screen. Straight away there was a problem over the fact that my screen did not print my ticket. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food with only 5 people ahead of me I was thankful. I got our the store ready to eat and instead of getting a double bacon and egg muffin extra bacon, I got a single bacon and egg muffin with 2x extra sausage. From someone who has worked gor the company previously... seriously it isn't hard to ready a screen.

We were disappointed to find that part of our order was missing, specifically a 20-piece nugget share box. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that our McDelivery orders have been inaccurate, with items missing more often than not. It's unclear whether the issue lies with McDonald's or Uber, but the consistently incorrect orders have become frustrating. Paying a £3.99 delivery charge for incomplete orders is starting to feel like a waste. After spending over 20 minutes on the phone with Uber trying to get a refund, the rest of our food had gone cold and my son ended up eating his meal alone. Visualizza piatti
