"Hallo Leute, ich habe das Gefühl das ostdeutschlands Kneipen die guten Köche ausgehen. Der Ratskeller Schneeberg gehört auch dazu. Wir bestellten Forelle. Als diese auf dem Tisch stand, sagte mir meine Nase, dieser Fisch ist schon länger tot. Diese Forellen hatten mit Forelle blau nichts zu tun. Forelle laut Speißekarte ausgelöst) geschmacklos mit vielen Gräten harte Kartoffel, geschmackloses Rotkraut und viele Gräten zerten das Gericht noch weiter nach unten. Außerdem waren die Größenunteschiede der Forellen von klein bis normal nicht zu übersehen. Alles in allem ein kulinarischer Reinfall. Auch ein Teil unserer anderen Gäste war mit ihren Speisen alles andere als zufrieden. Ich wollte unserer Gesellschaft nicht den schönen Tag verderben, sonst hätte ich mich massiv beschwert. : Matti"

"although we had not reserved and it was full of rel., we were very friendly received and got a very nice table assigned. also drinks were met immediately so that you feel right well. the card reads very well and offers something for every taste. everything seems freshly prepared, which naturally also requires certain waiting times. if you come very hungry, you should definitely choose one of the very tasty appetizers, these are brought very quickly. all foods are very well seasoned, not too little, not too much - just right! the price-performance ratio is also very good. we had not expected to find such a good ristorante, certainly the best Italian between chemnitz and hof. we are guaranteed to come back! thanks also for the very nice and accommodating service!"
