"I bought 2 burgers earlier and had an Asian supervised woman who was absolutely uninformed, unprofessional and very unfriendly. I wanted to put the points of my burgers on my app and then exchange a cola with my 15 points. first, she could and did not want to help me to find out how many points you get for the burgers and second, she meant that it doesn't go anyway, only next time that goes! she always said no no no and turned the back to me and went away. you supervisor was able to confirm that it was possible. Why does the hired at least not try to give me the desired info and turns me the back to and always says no?More I must mention that she has said something to the colleagues and turned around and laughed.I personally find it a cheeky when you first don't help the customer and then make me laugh about it again!I have to say that they were absolutely unhappy!"

live the mcdo savior (!!). we had a planned guided tour of early hours, and thought to find what breakfast on the square, but that nenni. Even the starbucks was closed before 8 o'clock! good breakfast cheap. but be careful, no wc.

After spending a wonderful time walking in the city centre and visiting the Opera House, we realized that we had not eaten. A quick decision took us to the nearest place, McDonald's. It was a big mistake. The floors were dirty and the food awful....I thought I was playing safe with a chicken wrap but it was absolutely tasteless and incredibly soggy. My husband had a crispy chicken wrap that was also tasteless. This was the first time we had eaten in a McDonald's restaurant in many years; it will be the last.
