Ordered from here for the family and it took over 2 hours. Service was shocking no apologies or refund was given. Food was cold.

Ordered a small piece of fish it was very dry and cold and disgusting, even my dog refused it. Horrible. Never will I buy fish from here again. I had to put it in microwave, also my order was here within 15 mines which means fish was not cooked from fresh.

Worst service ever for a Chinese place they told me 10mins waited and when I asked for my order was told it's not ready I have to wait for another 5mins, then I questioned how she served people that were behind me she said do you want a refund rude much.. No sorry for the wait found the young lady to be very rude won't be coming back.. appalling customer service..

"This Chinese takeout is fantastic! We have ordered from them twice and have not been disappointed. The chicken chow mein and chicken with cashew nuts are delicious. Although delivery can take a bit of time, it always arrives on time as promised when we place our order over the phone. The delivery drivers are always friendly as well. We will definitely be ordering from them again!"

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Absolutely awful customer service from the young lady at the front. Frowned face, no smile at all. After talking to me in an unpleasant way, I went ahead to order special chow mein and special fried rice with no pork because I promised wife and the kids but I nearly changed my mind. Got the food, reached home, wife opened the food, it contained pork which we don't eat. I took the food back, she offered to give me another food with no pork, I refused and collected my money. I sometimes order nearly £50 of food for the family. It was better when Mister LAW himself was there. NOW THEY GIVE YOU AWFUL SERVICE WITH DISGUSTING FACE AS IF THEY ARE A FOOD BANK. Visualizza piatti
