A little disappointed this time we have come here every year and this time we felt the service was inattentive and we were overcharged

friendly service and good food. more cozy place to have a pre-dinner drink before the open fireplace in the middle of the hut. we had a birthday, and so our table was set with a tablecloth and cercion. great fun, the trip down the hill on the small sled.

this is an experience! I recommend the restaurant 100%. first they came up from a nostalgic one-person chairlift, and as soon as they enter the restaurant, the magical atmosphere will warm up. camein, wood and live tiroler music. delicious! well done, super professional and organized things. not missed

we had just such a nice evening in this restaurant! to come there (and back from a man chairlift made the experience even more special! Unfortunately, the rodelbahn was closed for a snow shortage for the home trip! we pre-ordered cheesefondue and that was so delicious with a lot of salads and vegetables etc. really nice staff that felt so welcome. beautiful traditional Austrian holzhütte, so cozy. really recommend. An amazing place gorgeous food and very friendly service and owner all perfect BUT we sort of where the only “normal” non Dutch family in a bulk of not really well behaving Dutch arriving with 16 20 and more persons for one big loud tables it felt like being in the wrong film for us which made us leave a bit head over heals. I know the restaurant is not responsible for their guests but bus groups we did not really expect their

Fantastic restaurant the old, quirky wooden buildings, the access via a one seat chair lift with a spectacular view of Bad Gastein when descenting, the superwelcoming athmosphere including the competitioen between the chef and the visitors, pounding nails in the log, and shots to the winner, and of course amazing food and pleasent service !!!! We've never experienced anything like this ever, and would say that a visit to Bellevue Alm is mandatory for everyone travelling to Bad Gastein.

we only came to the one man chairlift to find that it didn't work because they had stopped it 2 days before. I made my reservation online and they had all my contact details, but no one contacted us to inform us that the chairlift was no longer running. we were informed only after the barring of the restaurant. we said we had to order a taxi to get to the restaurant. we ordered a taxi and we pay 35 euro for a 2 minute drive to the restaurant. we could not go on the sled, either because of snow shortage, I could understand this because they have no control over the weather, but the chairlift was completely under their control. very disappointed. would not recommend anyone.
