"Appalling service... surly, sour faced girl with the purple hair behind counter did not like being asked to stir the powder out of the hot chocolate, or being asked to fill the cup to the top... we paid for a drink, not half of one. I asked for a large tea and was given a tiny pot half filled... hot chocolate was luke warm too..m daylight robbery for what they were charging, and the miserable reception from counter staff doesn't help. There was no thank you or basic manners. I would give them zero if available."
