"We arrived at 8pm when it opened and was left waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes while the waitress was setting the table. While we were seated and served our beers, my son accidentally tipped abit (30ml) of my beer on the table while the waitress was taking our food order. I was surprised she didn't offer to wipe the table for us as the menu placemats were completely soaked and had to be thrown out. Once we received our meals which were two steaks. Our first slice into it and the entire meal was cold. It was like it was left on the counter for 10 minutes without service. I know this could not have been the case as the food came out so quickly. I'm not sure why it was all cold.. steak, chips, mushrooms and mushroom sauce. It is easily one of the worst meal experiences I've had being in Barca while being here for past 12 months. If it wasn't for the fact it was 50% off, we would have requested new meals. We just wanted to get out of there quick smart. I'd like to think this is a one off but we won't ever be dining at mussol again even if it's 50% off."

We wanted to ask for a menu for sharing and they did not leave us, we had to ask for one per person. Then the calçots were very fat (there was one of even 5cm in diameter) so they were hard and somewhat insipid.

We were looking for authentic Catalan cuisine and found it here in the most unlikely place—Westfield Mall! Don’t be put off— the food is great. The service attentive and accommodating, and the prices reasonable.
