"I had booked a table which was ready for us when we arrived. Staff was nice and not too invasive. Food arrived very fast. Pretty generous filling and good taste. Everyone was happy with their choices. Nice place nicely decorated and nice atmosphere. The one thing that really annoyed me was the constant noise of plates and glasses being piled together as they were being watched over the bar next to us. As well as the heavy noise of the coffee machine... otherwise was OK. Ah! Also I mentioned I was coeliac when I made my order and they only said that ham had gluten containing ingredients once arrived on the plate...Thankfully was not in my order but they should have confirmed this beforehand..."

a good meal. everything was cold, rude manager who yelled at me when I complained. we gave him uneaten food back.

The pancakes were fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. However, the milk chocolate had a slight bitterness to it.

Service wasn't the best forgot sides. Manager apologised and removed 20% and service charge. Pankcakes were absolutely delicious

good selection especially glad that they choose gluten-free bases and vegans. Sweet pancake was delicious. the service was pretty bad, but sad. no smile, no conversation, no reception.

The toilets were disgusting. The waitress was really poor- no greeting, really slow service, service whilst at the restaurant was non-existent. Male waiter was slightly better but to add a service charge to the bill with poor service is insulting!

We've visited My Old Dutch countless times and it never fails to impress. The savory pancakes are delicious, hot, and served almost instantly. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I rated it a 4 out of 5 this time because some of the toppings seemed a bit less generous than before for a £15 pancake. However, considering the rising costs they must be facing, that is completely understandable. I'm really glad to see them thriving again after the challenges of the past few years, and I will definitely return again and again.
