"we were too gassed from the beginning and we were finally heard by whoever! small restaurant with simultaneous sale of Italian specialties. here we pick up our olive oil from the barrel and you can see that everything is presented very clean and pretty. absolutely fresh and delicious at the same time, whether you choose the noodles, the antipasti or even the crispy pizza. this tastes really like in italia, beautifully thin, the passata deliciously tasted and of course comes only mozzarella on it. from the rather inconspicuous backyard, a small and cozy trattoria has emerged. on our advice, the owner even dropped the ceiling lighting. now it's not too grell anymore and it looks good. we like to come here. the chef of the house advises and serves partly with baking also really good brot, unfortunately it was set for time reasons. the current is also good and bears good quality. a beautiful family business that can be seen with ease and quality of products. we will stay true to you"

"An excellent agritourism with fantastic cuisine. All we tried was of best quality. We especially liked the variety of ingredients and the great importance that is given to the herbs during cooking. It was something for everyone, for the vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. The service was very pleasant: very attentive, but unobtrusive and competent. In the ambience of an old mill you just have to feel comfortable. I'm sure we'll come back to thank you."

"Eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen, die neugierig machen diese zu probieren und die auf eine ambitionierte Küche hinweisen. Die gewählten Speisen waren dann auch wirklich lecker und schön angerichtet. Für die Qualität der Speisen sind die Preise sehr, sehr moderat. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Alles in allem: UNBEDINGT ZU EMPFEHLEN!"

"Zufällig kehrte wir nach langer Autofahrt beim Schützenhof ein. Was wir fanden, war eines der besten italienischen Wirtshäuser (Osteria) welches wir bislang besuchten. Toni, der Wirt, ist ein Original. Immer um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht, findet er Platz für Gäste, auch wenn er ausgebucht ist. Das Essen... einfach toll und abwechslungsreich. "Wir sind vor kurzem nach Nieder-Ramstadt gezogen und testen nach und nach alle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Gestern war die Datterich Schänke dran. Wir waren etwas zu früh mit dem Bus dort. Der hält direkt davor. Durften uns aber schon setzen. Wir haben dann sehr gute Rotweine bestellt und als Vorspeise die gegrillten Peperoni. Diese waren ausgezeichnet und eine super Portion für 2 Personen. Danach ging es weiter mit einem Gorgonzola Schnitzel. Oder sollte ich besser sagen 2. Große Portion und die beste Gorgonzola Soße die meine Partnerin je gegessen hat. Ich hatte den Hermes Grillteller. Das Gyros war ein Gedicht und die Calamari’s perfekt zubereitet. Auch die Pommes bei uns beiden als Beilage waren super lecker. Es gibt auch ein Salat Buffet. Das finden wir auch sehr angenehm. Es wird jetzt zu unserem Stamm Restaurant. Immer gerne wieder."
