"While the food and ambience is good, I was taken aback when after booking via OpenTable the waitress was not able to find my booking. Furthermore, she stated we don't use OpenTable and so this was not a valid booking, inspite of my showing the email confirmation and the booking on the app. Wasn't a nice start to an evening when I was taking guests over there, but the food and service thereafter was decent. Pricing is a bit high, but then it has made a name and so was packed even on a Thursday evening. Worth visiting. Perhaps book directly."

They hadn't registered my reservation in their system. It was only after I showed them the email confirmation from OpenTable that they acknowledged it and said, "Oh, okay then." Luckily, it wasn't a busy time, or I’m not sure if we would have gotten a table at all. I'm a bit disappointed.

The staff are really rude on entry, don't smile and extremely moody. Food is average, vibe is cool if you are young otherwise it's probably way too loud to conversate and you need to shout to hear each other. Shisha is terrible! But huge open space for it at the back of the venue. Nice peppermint tea.

Although there was construction going on… I booked the outdoor seating, but my reservation was not outdoor, it was in a tent, the purpose was for the weather, should have been notified. Food was okay, but the seating was awful and uncomfortable, not jus for sitting but for eating as well, I felt I had to be in an awkward position.
