Food as usual for Nando's (dry or juicy chicken! , however unexpected excellent service from staff member named Paris, almost felt like table service!

Good food but a little pricey, warm staff and very helpful, clean and tidy restaurant. A lot of options to choose from, various chicken dishes and other vegetarian dishes

I placed an online order for pickup at 7pm. The food was not ready until 7:20 after I had to inquire about it twice. Half of the order had been sitting and was cold. I was not impressed. Visualizza piatti

It was my birthday and the girl on the till scanned my food through as a 'random act of kindness '. As I didn 't expect this whatsoever, it was a really lovely gesture. It 's always clean and quick in there, what more can you ask for.

I find it frustrating that something is missing from my order every time I visit this restaurant. It's not just once or twice but every single time. I would understand if they were very busy, but this consistently happening is disappointing.

Lovely good. We had a platter of chicken , broccoli and rice e. The rice was slightly cold. But the chicken was superb. Service was good. Decorated was unique and beautiful. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was with my chicken dish from this restaurant. I originally wanted the 4 thighs from the menu for £7.50, but they were sold out, so I settled for the chicken breast for £8. When it arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. I received two tiny chicken breasts on a huge plate, equivalent to cutting a standard supermarket-sized chicken breast in half. All for £8! This was definitely not worth the money.

Food turned up cold.. Deliveroo mostly to blame but I paid extra to have garlic bread which didn’t even get added to the bag despite it being on the receipt!? Barely any chips in the box either? Like what am I paying for exactly. I was not happy. Had to eat my meal annoyed which I’m sure is the reason for my acid Reflux. I won’t be ordering again not only for that reason but I just didn’t think it was worth the money.. £30 for some chicken and 5 cold chips ? No thanks. All a girl wanted was some juicy garlic bread.. Can’t stop thinking about how empty I feel without having eaten it : …. Oh and the wasted money.

Visit date: 03/10/2020. One of the worst Nando’s experience I have ever had in life. Our waiting time was 50 minutes to 1 hour (table for 5). We were told to join the virtual queue. After 10 minutes into the virtual queue, they added 20 minutes to our virtual queue. After a long wait we finally got our table. We order our food and made the payment at 17:13pm. After the payments, no one served us any of our drinks, no condiment nothing. No one came to check on us, every staffs just ignored us. Even when you called them, they said” We’ll be with you in a moment” then they forgot. We managed to stop a staff, who was serving drinks for the table next to ours.
