Nashys Coffee House

Only ever stopped for a coffee, taken outside under shelter. Cafe conveniently located adjacent to the Railway Path. Excellent coffee.

We walked from Innerleithen to Peebles and stopped over for a very nice coffee and cake at Nashy's. I got some vinegar from the kind owner because I had just been stung by a wasp.

We popped over for a breakfast wrap after the Macdonald Hotel nearby had a meltdown and their breakfast was a non starter. It was really excellent and deserving of its status as No 1 in Peebles.

Cycling from Edinburgh down The Granites and round to Peebles always good to stop at Cadrona for a great coffee and a cake. Very friendly staff, well ventilated space and lots of yer cycling buddies.

What an amazing hidden gem, from outside this looks like an average coffee shop, but food is amazing, atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Toasties and chips are absolutely gorgeous and the relaxed attitude reminded me of living in The Alps, will be back at next trip

we had planned this as a midday break when we were out for a bicycle race, but it ended as only a coffee break, since it seemed as if there were cakes and scones and tea coffee when we went in. the personal was friendly and. there is only a small sitting area inside (one couch and one table) and several tables outside, so no ideal biker holding place in the colder or damper weather.

I have just had a swim in Peebles pool, tried to get parked and there was no chance. Whilst waiting for my hubby to finish his round of golf at a nearby course, I came upon this place. Really friendly and the best bacon roll...this side.of the Mississippi. They, like a other food outlets, are struggling with the effects of the pandemic and can only do takeaway at the moment, but the staff were cheerful and friendly. Go Nashys!!

I read some reviews about this place and so we drove on a day to peebles to cardrona for a bite in nashys. we were not disappointed. we were greeted by friendly employees and the caffe itself was warm and welcoming. there are both indoor and outdoor seats, but the fire in the interior was most welcome to this cool, windy day. a large selection of sandwich fillings that adapt to any taste and more filling possibilities of burgers and hotdogs. the food was very good and my man who had the burger said it was one of the better ones he had eaten. there is also a beautiful selection of cakes and traybake, which are clearly homemade. we had no place for them, but will surely make a return visit to...

On 20/7/21, I visited Nashys for a bite of lunch. I had a really tasting toastie that I ate at a bench and table outside. The tables were covered by marquees that offered protection from the cloudless sky and bright Sun. Whilst I sat there,...a couple arrived accompanied by their lively puppy. The husband entered, emerging soon afterwards with their food that he passed to his wife who was holding the puppy lead in one hand. As she received the food, the puppy jerked her hand away and a laden dish fell to the ground. When it was picked up, the food had a sprinkling of small stones attached. Thus, it was inedible.
