Location is great down by the river Ness. The service and food quality were good.

I enjoyed a few pints at the bar to relax on a lovely Sunday. The staff were outstanding, and the back bar has a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

We were staying at the hotel, so this restaurant was ideal for us. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the town itself is beautiful.

We dined outdoors but were disappointed with the experience. The food quality was subpar, and there was a lack of information regarding the dishes that accompanied our meals. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.

Ate in Nicky Tams on our first evening in Inverness. We really enjoyed our meal and so we returned again a couple of nights later. The food was great and couldn’t fault a thing. Service was good. Prices are bit high but it’s about average for Inverness dining.

The chicken was good, but the fish cakes were very small and mostly breaded. I could hardly taste the fish. The server mentioned they were an appetizer, but they certainly didn’t feel like a substantial starter; I expected something more satisfying. Overall, it was a poor value, and the management did not promptly address the issue when I brought it up. It was quite disappointing.

About a month ago, we had dinner at this charming restaurant, and the food was outstanding. After spending a week at Findhorn enjoying vegetarian cuisine, perhaps our senses were heightened, but I could truly taste each individual spice in the dishes. I can honestly say that my main course was one of the best meals I've ever had anywhere in the world. Now that we are back home in Australia, I've recommended this restaurant to my sister-in-law, who lives in Portugal and will be visiting Inverness next week.
