"beautiful, though small, vegan junk' food in the city center. the location is great and the menu has many options from which you can choose. my 5yo had the southern fried chick (since) loaded pommes and ate that off. I had the facon cheese burger who was excellent, though a bit scary to eat. my omni partner and his omni brother both loved their food to one explained the hot dog as the best hot dog I had in a long time had the other had the pizzawurst loaded pommes. they just need a bigger place now! we were able to park our children's car behind the entrance door and our 8mo sat on our round and tried our food. the staff was very friendly and helpful. over the street there is a milkshake bar (kwench), which has vegan options if they somehow still have space"

Really tasty vegan food in the centre of York. I had sticky Irn Bru tofu and it was so good. The portion was very large and I ate every single bit. #Veganuary

Only got cakes because booked for somewhere else for food, sadly don't serve coffee but that was fine because we were spoilt for choice for cakes and sweet stuff. Staff were helpful and friendly, cakes are very tasty and the menu looked amazing, definitely would go back there for a proper meal. #Veganuary

Some incredible offerings and always so wonderful to see a fully vegan restaurant! I really enjoyed my food but my stomach did hurt a little bit afterwards sadly. HOWEVER I think this is because I’m not used to substitutes, more veg Patties etc (as opposed to seitan). That said, great staff, fairly priced and a wonderfully welcoming little place. I found this beautiful little restaurant by happy cow and wore its absolutely amazing! I've never eaten so well. I tried their fleshy circus friars loaded with sincean beef, cheese, gravure and early dwarf. the since then was perfect I had never had ever since, which tasted that amazing it had a perfect taste and texture it was crazy! I never had a cheese and gravy together, but I think they rebuilt me! this restaurant is full vegan with a huge menu and even many cakes!

What a great place to eat! Everything vegan and really tasty. Last time I went I had the iron brew tidy loaded fries with a side of the Marmite/Biscoff sauce, which I appreciate isn't for everyone, but which I love! My wife had the VFC burger, which she enjoyed. Desserts here are also good, but we were full after the excellently sized portions this time! Update: we went back and the Marmite/Biscoff sauce is as delicious as ever Updated from previous review on 2021-07-25
