"Fuimos recomendados por su arroz, ya que es de muy buena calidad y tanto la paella de marisco como el arroz negro están increíbles. Los precios de los arroces estan bien, fuera de la carta de arroces probamos las croquetas de pulpo y no las recomiendo,ya que son 18,5€ por 6 croquetas, están buenas sí, pero me esperaba más. además recomiendo comer dentro ya que en verano hace calor, de la carta de postres recomiendo mucho la tarta de queso, ya que está muy buena y sabe a queso maduro, además el brownie también está bueno. El personal y la limpieza del local también son un 10"

"Restaurante acogedor y personal atento…Pero la carta calidad precio está desorbitado, no se puede cobrar por la comida que sirven (de entrante te cuentan que te van a sacar anchoas del cantábrico con tomates….. y resulta que es pizza al módico precio de 8€ ración enana) los precios como si estuvieras en un restaurante con estrella Michelin, muy decepcionante, hemos pagado casi 50€ por persona y sin postre….En general, demasiada tontería para lo que ofrecen.No volveré."

"el mejor helado de Oropesa sin duda. Así que los helados de frutas saben fruta real, son cremosos y deliciosos. Buen jardín de infantes o ferretes de cazadores son super logrados. Si quieres probar la auténtica calidad italiana, tienes que ordenar los helados que han cubierto en la barra trasera, como el chocolate oscuro. No exagero cuando digo que no he probado el mismo helado en el entorno. No lo dudes, si quieres disfrutar de un buen helado, este es tu lugar. Además, el precio es más o menos el estándar."

"restaurant away from noise and cars, located on the beach of Cabanes. Its exterior aspect does not allow the treasures of the interior to be seen: a letter not very wide (except that of rice, where there are for all drops), in which the good make of the kitchen prevails with good materials. The service was super friendly and attentive, burdened with patience in the face of the comensal's doubts. Totally recommended!The reindeer stew ... simply wonderful. And the cheese table."

"Looking for a special restaurant to mark the end of our son's 10-day holiday with us, we were recommended Restaurant a Roda as a place locals frequent away from the more touristy venues along the seafront at nearby Concha Beach. We were pleased we followed the advice as our party of three enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced dinner. We were particularly pleased that we were not the only diners, though being an out-of-season Thursday evening, it was still sparsely populated. Despite that the atmosphere was convivial and our waiter was welcoming and attentive, even though he couldn't speak English and our Spanish is virtually non-existent. We chose our starters of calamares a la Romana, a house salad and a plate of Iberico ham but the waiter, noting that they were for us individually rather than for sharing, adjusted the portion sizes and prices to reflect this, which we thought showed excellent consideration for diners' needs. My son and I had entrecôte, which was huge and beautifully cooked and served in a sauce of our choosing. My wife also said her lemon sole was superb and she would definitely choose it again if we ever return. We were slightly disappointed that our first choice of wine was not available but the (cheaper) alternative was really delicious and quaffable so no complaints there. There was also no solomillo available and the waiter admitted the pudding menu was also a bit restricted, though the flan and tarta Santiago we had were home made and delicious. With drinks, including a large gin and tonic, a bottle of Rioja, mineral water and coffees, the total bill came to just over €112 which we all agreed was great value. Diners looking to get off the tourist track should certainly include Restaurant a Roda in their itinerary for an authentic taste of Spain. Muy bien."
