"my man and I spent 3 nights in cortona ende juni. we had eaten 15 years ago in this same restaurant, among others management. I ordered capellacci with basilikum, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts...selected fresh. tomato with taste and pasta homemade. my side of caponata was like no one I had ever tasted. so mild and fresh and delicious. the greatest surprise was the dish of my man from black liver packed in cholic fat with lorberry leaf, shimmered in a super fragrant fennel sauce. when I tasted it, I closed my eyes and was transported back to the kitchen of my oma and wrapped their simple black liver with a rose leaf. the fennel sauce laid the court over the top. the prices were reasonable, with half carafe good weins under 10 euro. service was courteous and prompt, but we were not rushed in any wise. our table outside in a quiet street added the relaxed experience. when we return to cortona, I hope this little jewel is still there."

In una tranquilla e deliziosa viuzza nel centro storico, Franco propone una cucina genuina e saporita, legata al territorio. Ambiente molto piacevole sia all'interno che nel piacevole dehors, servizio attento e cortese. Molto consigliato.

Amavo questo nuovo ristorante. il cibo era eccellente. il proprietario/server abbinato weine con ogni eccellente. i sapori dei cibi sono stati evidenziati con le colture. il menu è interessante senza cura. tutto su un pasto favoloso. loro appena iniziano e per un nuovo posto sono gli extra al loro mestiere.

terrace is cozy and small (three tables). the workers do their best, but very impatient. I was looking for a walk to see if we're done. as soon as we drop our forks, the plate was taken away immediately. eating was okay, but compared to other restaurants... where we ate during our holidays, something overpriced.

we went several times during our stay in cortona. we tried the pici alle’aglione, leber, truffle pasta and pasta with ragu. they were all great meals, especially the aglione. the only disappointment was the truffle pasta that was missing a little in the truffle taste. house. wine was really good value for money.

nuovo posto con giovani spiriti imprenditoriali ha reso tutta la serata davvero grande da brodo e prosciutto affumicato come antipasti alla pasta con tartufo. il proprietario ci ha portato al pianto locale e che era una chiamata meravigliosa come fare le uve sirah locale per l'accoppiamento perfetto con il suo lavoro.

Questo bel ristorante è stato scoperto grazie a un'insegna su una delle strade principali di Cortona (via Dordona). Il cibo era davvero buono e unico, e il cameriere è stato molto disponibile! Ci ha addirittura offerto del prosecco gratuito, un antipasto al tartufo e un antipasto! Infine, l'arredamento era autentico e ben adatto (vedi foto) Sicuramente consiglio questo nuovo ristorante!

We were lucky to find this lovely restaurant in Cortona as it was down a small alley way off the Main Street. We ate a three course meal and it was delicious. The ingredients were obviously very fresh and everything was beautifully presented.The restaurant had...traditional qualities with a modern twist. Very chic! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend this place and if we return to Cortona would definitely eat there again. It was the nicest meal we experienced during our stay .
