The scallops were plump and juicy and the purple spuds came two ways, boiled and as a crisp which added an element of the texturally unexpected! A citrussy glass of Greco di Tufo with its mineral finish provided an elegant accompaniment.

amazing. I was there last week, my first visit was, and I didn't expect to see it like that. everything was excellent from service to eating. the manager really cares about all customers and helps to fit the dish they order to the best wein. fresh, high quality food! I really enjoyed my eating, I would recommend osteria dell’Angolo.

Visited the Osteria Dell'Angolo for the third time, after its holiday closure and menu change. First couple of visits led us to believe we might have found an exceptional restaurant, especially the meal on our second visit. Not the case however as this visit showed. We had a rather boring amuse-bouche and a couple of quite bland dishes, based on this it does look like the Osteria has lost its wow factor.

shocking. we beat a late dinner last night. the food was good, but the service was a problem. the maître d’ (possibly fill in for too few server forget our contorni and our three coffees. we decided to ask for a calculation only and found that we were charged for them. when I asked to remove the coffee and the service fee, he was insulting, rude and aggressive, returned several times to the table to betray me and my guests. it was quite frightening and embarrassing. you would expect a restaurant with these high trips immaculate service, as well as eating, or at least a gracious maître d’, who knows when to apologize that...read more
