"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for some time now. Despite occasional mix-ups with my orders, such as receiving dairy cheese on my vegan pizza, I have always accepted their apologies and received a replacement pizza. However, my experience today was not pleasant. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and when I called the restaurant for help, a staff member was rude to me on the phone. They told me it was not their problem and hung up. While I acknowledge my mistake, I did not appreciate the lack of courtesy I received. I have been understanding when they made errors in the past, so I expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

They have never gotten my pizza order wrong but consistently forget sauces that are supposed to come with my sides.

Amazing vegan choice. Only negative is that you no longer do the cheese and marmite scrolls. Service is currently fab, polite, fast and delicious

First and last time using Papa Johns. The delivery was 35 mins late and I think it must have been left on the side for as long. It was stone cold. Don’t risk it!

I was disappointed to find that my pizza was missing cheese, which is unacceptable considering the price I paid. Additionally, there was very little topping on the pizza.

papa johns vegan pizzas are great. although I feel that this particular situation is always very stingy on the beats. they always add a small amount of vegan cheese that barely the pizza at this particular place in rugby. other places outside rugby are far better.

We ordered food for 4, the pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive as they tried to deliver it to the wrong address They said they would remake it f it was not still hot but they never did and instead delivered cold inedible pizzas with a warm bottle of Pepsi. What a way to make your customer feel valued.

I was very disappointed with Papa John's. The billboard located one mile away clearly advertised a large pizza for £5.99. However, when I called to place my order, I was informed that the offer had ended. The billboard stated that the offer was valid until the 26th, which was the day I called. The customer service was also very poor. I would recommend using Domino's or a local pizzeria instead, as they should not advertise something that is not true.
