Papa John's Pizza - Menu

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Pizza delivered after approx 60 minutes. When we ate the pizza it was cold. Phoned the shop and they would not refund. Won't use them again.

Disgusted with the service deal bot never activated and I was charged nearly £55 for pizza that should of been £35 when contacting customer service they say nothing they can do. Will never use them again

Ordered online said 25 to 35 mins after an hour called they said order was a future order!!!!! No I had an email to say order was in the kitchen!!’ Finally arrived after an hour and half not worth the wait

armed on time ed the driver is a legendary; very courtesy friendly and fast. the food was a good attempt, but the pizza was made to perfection (and I am a fussy madame) so chef also a legendary. many thanks for my nice eating and service

I went to order a pizza and i was waiting for a long time. No one at the front desk. When someone finally came he was very rude. He refused to take payment using a gift card that could be only redeemed at store. When we tried to discuss it he ignored us and start talking to another person.

Whose idea was it to put on garlic salt? You might want to include the word salt on you mobile app. My sons dinner was ruined by this, it also looked like something l would have cooked myself. I’ve used dominoes 100 times thought I’d go for Pizza Hut 50% off Black Friday deal. No wonder it’s half price. Son took two bites and refused to eat anymore!! Complete waste of money and it was barely hot when arrived. Dominoes are further away yet arrive 20 mins earlier everytime

I ordered pizza using the offer they gave me and thought I would get the kind of pizza I normally get. After waiting for an hour the pizza arrived and I was shocked with how the pizza was looking as the pizza was squashed in the box and the box was bent meaning there were pizzas on top that when I openeed the box the cheese was all stuck on the box. The pizza was also burnt and siblings were very upset with the way the pizza was looking. I can say that I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever known. Don’t deliver to a local area the staff have no customer services training whatsoever, Very rude on the telephone and not helpful at all. Likewise the delivery personnel do not have any manners or respect for the customers. Stand there looking for a tip when the pizza is half an hour to an hour late. No apologies received or any discount given for late deliveries. You are also very lucky if you can speak to someone who can actually speak English and understand what you’re ordering without saying it twice or three times to them. Definitely need training! Avoid them like the plague!!!

Simply do not bother ordering from this PH branch. First incident: delivery was delayed by 30+ minutes. Rude staff on the phone when enquiring. 3 hours after our order arrived, a second copy of the exact same order was delivered to our house, which we rejected. Clearly nobody is running that branch with any common sense or management skill. We received a £10 gift voucher for our complaint which we used today. This brings us to incident 2: food was collected in good time but all dough on the pizzas and the sides was hardly cooked at all. Inedible. Absolute shambles of a food restaurant . Save yourselves the time, money and disappointment order from literally anywhere else. F joke.
