Didn’t turn up drove to the restaurant didn’t have order on system even though I’d paid online When I arrived at store no one was there

The service at this restaurant was very poor, with rude staff. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak pizza and was surprised to find only 5 tiny pieces of meat on the entire pizza. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

We ordered all the meats pizza tonight ..it was very nice ..really hot..full of different meat..the crust was super lush..the order service on line was nice and easy and we got our pizza 20 nins later after we ordered..very happy Visualizza piatti

Really good pizza but the people there are either mugging the franchisee off and ignoring phonecall orders or they don't care about order via phone. I can't get the same deal on Uber eats or just eat as I can over the phone. For the last 5 years no one answers the phone it's a joke

Ordered 2 large pizzas one of them stuffed crust and a dip. Asked if the dips where in the boxes at the door to be told 'i dont know im just a driver ' Didn 't recieve the dip had a medium pizza with no stuffed crust so when I called to inform them I got told 'it was a stuffed crust I made it ' I was going to send it back but after that comment I decided I wouldn 't recieve a well made pizza so asked for a refund.

AWFUL service. Placed an order at 4:30pm, an hour passed and we had heard nothing. Called the store and waited on the line for 15 minutes with no response. Got in the car to drive down there to get our food when the store called back and said the pizza would be there in 10 minutes; no apology. I asked why nobody answered the phone and apparently nobody was there to answer it. What? Sloppy, cold pizza that was not worth the wait. Avoid at all costs. Visualizza piatti

We ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni and one half and half with stuffed crust (pepperoni and the works). We also ordered some dips. The dips did not arrive, and the half and half had a normal crust, and while it came in a large box it was in fact a medium pizza. We were left extremely annoyed and irritated, especially when after we called they insisted that they had made the pizza correctly. It was a truly unsatisfactory experience and we will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a meal deal that included chicken poppers and a large pizza. They called me after they had already started making the pizza to inform me that they had run out of the poppers. They then proceeded to insult me over the phone when I requested a refund for the missing item. They claimed they couldn't refund me because the pizza was already in the oven. After threatening to dispute the charge with my bank, they finally agreed to refund my money and cancel the order. This was a terrible experience with their service.

Well, i thought this store was worth another try after my last review 3 months ago. 1 hour after placing the order I called the store. Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Eventually, they did and told me it would be delivered in the next 15 minutes as they only had one driver. Waited another hour with no food. Called and called and called and eventually waited a total of 2 hours and 6 minutes, when eventually we got a knock at the door. Typically and as expected , food was cold, everything covered in grease, crushed pizzas, and no answer to their phone system. Please, save your money and order from anywhere but here.
