Merin at park room is one of the most kindest servers I ever met, her demeanour , quality of service and kindness is exemplary . Top of the class.

We went for afternoon tea and our waiter from Aylan was fantastic! We had the best afternoon Tea experience. we had good service and the food was really a treasure. we couldn't finish it all and had to take Doggy bags home. will be back!

We had a delicious and amazing afternoon tea, with a wide selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes. The Ruinart champagne was a great accompaniment to the food. Most of all, the service was excellent, particularly from Pratigya who explained the menu in detail and ensured that our teapot was topped up. She boxed up the cakes and scones that we couldn’t finish and made our afternoon tea experience special.

Such a beautiful experience during afternoon tea! Went with a friend and was greeted by wonderful staff in a relaxed atmosphere. The selection of food and pastries was diverse and absolutely delicious. On top of that, we were introduced to the menu and taken care off by Siri who made our stay even better. She told us they are introducing a winter menu very soon and we are looking forward to go again. Absolutely recommend

It’s simply just amazing. The staff who served us just adds up to everything that came across. Merin, she was just splendid at what she was doing. She knew on how to slide through and make us feel so comfortable just like home. She’s just absolutely wonderful and the grace while she was serving us is just any customer would want. At the end of the day any customer would want nothing but kindness and smile. And she was definitely much much more than that. Thank You Merin?

This restaurant was absolutely amazing and stunning. A golden star to the staffs gets added up as there is this perfect little lady staff Merin. She was just terrific in serving with us. My husband and I were very confused on what Red wines we should be trying and she recommended us the most perfect one we could’ve ever imagined for the night. She definitely knows what she’s doing. She was so patient and kind and had the most beautiful smile. Her service is what every restaurant needs because her way of doing everything made us wanting to come to the Park Room even much more. Just absolutely incredible.

The location is beautiful and the service very polite and attentive. The food is excellent and well presented, although we enjoyed the open and finger sandwiches much more than the pastries that were a tad too sweet for our palate. The scones with clutted cream and preserve were simply wonderful, but the tea is definitely neglected. They have a rather good choice on the menu, but the teapot is served with the leaves left inside and no strainer or any other way of removing the leaves after the right infusion time, so the tea quickly becomes bitter and it's a pity, especially with a delicate tea such as the High Mountain Oolong that I ordered.
