"As I was looking around Dunelm I decided to have a cuppa as I usually do ... The staff were lovely as I'm sure they have a busy day I greet them with a smile and always get the same back and some friendly chatter... the cakes looked delicious and well presented even though that day I didn't partake in one ... I always fine the cafe clean the only thing on that day was it was a little busy for me so there wasn't many places to choose to sit but that's not the fault of anyone I can't say I've had a bad experience there and will enjoy a hot cuppa there again when I next go"

lovely coffee, lovely cakes, we were spoilt for choice and had a hard decision as to what cakes to choose. the coffee shop is located upstairs in the dun elm shop, but there is a lift to get up there. reasonably priced, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Visualizza piatti

came looking for a good reliable am because all my other pedal bins did not last long before they broke! spoke to a very helpful young man named tim, who spoke me about all the options and for the robust curver 50l at a very reasonable £48. tim is a credit to the company. I look forward to my next shopping trip. thanks, dunelm and tim!

good selection of items catering for all budgets, someone told me there is a caffe and there is a happy hour all drinks are half price after 3 o'clock, but I didn't see it too busy to look at all them items. very courteous staff with good product knowledge. definitiw is worth a view in the corner of the Sprowston retail park, there is a large parking lot with disabled parking. Cake is a rare treat for me, so I'm pretty fussy. I've thoroughly enjoyed Pausa's lemon cheesecake in the past but at around 500 calories I opted for the generously filled apple pie slice, at just over 300. I'm frequently disappointed with apply pies as they are usually too sweet and the apple is mushy. Not this one, wow, nice and tangy, packed with firm chunky pieces of apple, a real winner and very reasonably priced too.

Called in for coffee as has always been friendly and good food. Today, there were different staff, took an age to be served. Staff were not friendly. Asked for bacon roll,,,, no bacon, asked for sausage roll,,,,, no sausages. Was told they may have an omelette. The server was rude, did not understand when asked for a mocha, even though on menu. Tables were cluttered with pots. It was not even lunchtime. Cafe was cold. Not the comfortable feel that it used to be.

"Where do I even begin? The service from the woman behind the bar was shocking. When I inquired about dairy-free options for my son, I was told that nothing could be modified and that they don't cater to allergies at all! I pointed out the menu's claim that they could accommodate such needs, but my concerns were met with an eye roll. I then tried to order him some chips, but was told they were fried in the same oil as dairy and meat products, and since we are vegetarian, that wouldn't work. I asked about the vegan dishes, only to learn that they are also prepared alongside meat products, so there's no guarantee they would actually be vegan. At this point, my daughters had already become excited about eating out and the play area, so I reluctantly decided to go along with it and ordered three sandwiches on granary bread and a child's fish and chips. My son had a packet of crisps. When the sandwiches arrived, they were absolutely terrible. The cheese and onion sandwich consisted of two slices of cheap store-bought bread, some pre-grated cheese, and a few onion slices—without even a hint of butter! It certainly wasn’t inexpensive; we paid £45 for four soft drinks, three sandwiches, and a child's meal. As for the play area, it was concerning—there were sharp screws poking through the wood chips, loose sharp fixtures on top of the slide, and a large exposed electric cable under the swings! We decided to leave swiftly; it was such a disappointing way to end our holiday, when it should have been a lovely final meal before heading home. I was appalled by their attitude towards me—I felt like an inconvenience. The food was awful, and I genuinely recommend avoiding this place if you are vegan or have allergies; even if a dish is labeled vegan, they certainly don’t take the necessary precautions to keep it separate from meat products. It’s truly unfortunate, as the location by the river is beautiful, and we were all so excited to be there, but we left feeling very disappointed. We definitely won't be returning."
