"that was an experience of the lowest drawer. we wanted to buy a glowing wine and a beer at the beginning of December. before us was a heart who wanted to have some food to go and after about 5min we got his food. then we were there. the dame behind the tresen ran quite hectic from a to b. Outside was a vitrin with green cabbage, kartoffel and other tasty buildings, to which she ran repeatedly and touched the green cabbage. after approx. 8min I got a warm beer pushed over the tresen. I thought she wanted to tangle me and asked if it would be cold. she looked at me indefinitely, turned around, ran to the refrigerator, grabbed a few bottles and said “no”. I therefore decided against beer or anything else. my wife had ordered a glowing wine. after all green cabbage stirring and approx. 10min after ordering, a 3/4 filled beaker came into the microwave, which was transferred to us steaming after 15min. for €3,70. we were really served."

after the jogging past a beer?? we like to enjoy the cool yeast with friendly service on the terrace in the beer garden or in the colder, more uncomfortable yearly time inside in the muggling picnic!

so can say that there is no carving, it would rather say parinade with bite. the pommes are salted and sometimes good. the only thing they can eat is the curry sausage. so sad it is. also only partly friendly.

seemingly the owner has changed. all a little careless. the cute Polish women behind the tress are replaced by muffled and slightly tense male employees. three mirror eggs with a small part of bratkartoffel in moderate quality and without seasonal (but in the menu) for 9.50€ is very nice. I always wanted to lunch. but in the near future will avoid the last. I will start another attempt in autumn and report again. Visualizza piatti

I was always happy to be a recurring guest! almost good food for lunch! unfortunately the friendly staff has changed. the current occupation, stressed and overwhelmed, no longer customer oriented! at the first visit under new leap they had still got credit from me, at the second attempt, I was so badly served that I left without eating and angry again! pity for the last and the no longer present super old crew! I am very disappointed

moin. we have ordered a gans for the 2nd Christmas day, with cracks, speckrosenkohl and soße. we enjoyed it. the gans was delicious. the meat was fried and juicy. the filling was simply delicious. the knocks were not as expected, something too tight. for that, the rose cabbage was just great. for this the great service must be mentioned. everything was packed professionally so that we didn't even have to warm up at home. we were even brought to the car by the diners, and that on the 2nd Christmas day. we'll do that again in 2121. thanks to the whole team of picnic volkspark.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
