"Angeregt durch die Sendung "Mein Lokal, dein Lokal" sind wir bereits 2015 das erst Mal dort eingekehrt, da wir absolute Steakfreaks sind. Nun planen wir immer mal wieder einen Bummel durch Hannover , um abends mal wieder ein gutes Steak genießen zu können.Die doch über 100km Kilometer Anreise lohnen sich immer wieder! Das Restaurant hat Eine sehr schöne angenehme Atmosphäre, es ist nicht zu groß, was uns besonders gefällt. Klare dennoch warme Einrichtung,bequeme Bestuhlung . Also rundum angenehm, um sich wohl zu fühlen! Nettes Personal.Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Und letzlich die absolutes besten Steak. Mit der ausführlichen sachkundigen Beratung vorweg wurde uns ein echtes Steak-Erlebnis beschert. So gespannt wie ich nach der Erklärung der div. Herkunftsorte und deren Unterschiede auf das "Ergebnis" Steak war, desto erstaunlicher war es die Unterschiede beim Verzehr festzustellen. Alles war immer auf dem Punkt exakt zubereitet. Fazit : einfach tolle Abende den wir immer wieder im BBQ erleben dürfen aud die wir uns schon Tage zuvor immer freuen!"

"Wir sind im Rahmen der Hannover Messe jährlich in Latzen untergebracht. Zufällig habe ich das Restaurant entdeckt und wir waren 3x in 5 Tagen dort essen. Wir wurden stets herzlich und persönlich begrüßt. Das tägliche Angebot abseits der Karte ist abwechslungsreich und exclusiv aber auch die Standardangebote sind mit Pfiff und Niveau. Einzig - der Burger - der war nicht ganz so das, was ich erwartet hatte. Geschmacklich absolut top, nur das Brioche Brötchen war für ein Burgerbun viel zu hart. Besonders toll fanden mein Kollege und ich die "kubanische flavored Suppe" :) (Insider für den Inhaber) Ich wünsche dem Esskult Team viel Erfolg - macht weiter so!"

"The hotel is located outside Hanover in the south (Laatzen City), convenient to the fairs. We arrived on time at 12:00 and crashed into a family party. A glass of champagne, optionally with orange juice, was offered to us. Shortly afterwards, the first glasses were broken. It was very close when everyone was standing. The champagne was, according to the mainstream, only dry, i.e. nearly 30 g of sugar in the liter. But at least he was really cold. The tables were festively covered with fresh roses and lots of glass calottes. The water (Förstina sprudel classic) was put in a napkin dressing the cooler (very good solution). The beautiful cream-colored napkins were folded as compartments, the cutlery flashy. Of course there were only water shakers for salt and pepper. After all, real candles stuck in the wall lamps. The broth was served around 13:00 (Lower Saxony wedding soup with mettballs, egg engraving, asparagus pieces and asterisk noodles). She was extremely good and almost glowing (this is a basic requirement in good-bourgeois houses). Egg stabs and metts were made. Before the soup, wine was offered and presented. The young ladies from the service (excellently in brocaded green tops, combined with a long dark skirt and an even longer carted apron) quickly made the round with two bottles (Trittenheimer Altärchen Kabinett Riesling semi-dry and Pfälzer Merlot, Deutsches Weintor). Both were well tempered. The main court arrived at 14:00. Duett vom Rinder- und Schweinfilet mit Whiskyrahmsoße, Pommes dauphin, Salzkartoffeln und bunter Vegetableplatte, also on request Pommes frites. These and the excellent Pommes dauphin were home-made, the salt potatoes were not worth the speech, the meat was rather dead-fried (that is, in people beyond the 80 it is not possible to say otherwise). The sauce was very reminded of bag, the vegetable plate was very nice with finger tubes, freezer blossoms, bacon wrapped bacon, broccoli and cauliflower cabbage with brown semmelbbles and fresh Chamignons. Relaying was offered permanently. Wine was presented quickly. The water bottle in the cooler before me was replaced when the first was still filled to a third. This third I was really cold and thought that the empty bottle would now be removed. Missing. She stood before my plate until the end of the main dish. For dessert I had no capacity anymore."
